These terms govern your use of dynamicmenubar.com and the Dynamic Menu Bar application ("the app"). The site and the app are operated by Ah Yasin, an independent software developer based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). By using the site or the app, you agree to these terms.

The website

You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. All content on the site (text, visuals, branding) belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Polar Software Inc. acting as merchant of record. Polar's checkout terms apply to the transaction itself; your license to use the app comes from us. Applicable taxes are handled by Polar at checkout.

Dynamic Menu Bar is a one-time purchase; it does not renew. A free 7-day trial is available in the app before you buy.

Refunds are set out in the Refund Policy: you can ask for one within 14 days of purchase, on the grounds described there.

License

When you buy Dynamic Menu Bar, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on the number of devices stated at purchase, activated with your license key. You may not resell, redistribute, or share license keys, and you may not reverse-engineer the app except where the law expressly permits it. A license whose purchase is refunded or charged back is revoked.

Updates and availability

Dynamic Menu Bar is under active development. Features may change, and we cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every update will be free of defects. We work hard to fix issues quickly.

Disclaimer and liability

The site and the app are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim related to the site or the app is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that mandatory consumer law grants you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
